483b8be753 Added center patch, along with own modifications. 
Tiled layout now horizontally centers windows with iscentered rule, if
it is the only window.

2f0b477545 Added gaming mode. 
This disables dwm's handling of modifier combos, so you can use them in
game without conflict.

1560fd35ca Added/changed keybinds for scripts, layouts and slock. 
Added keybind for slock.
Added keybind for all.sh script.
Changed monocle layout keybind to toggle.
Added keybind for Centered Master layout.

95e8d12b71 made fullscreen apps working fine in floating mode (there is no sane way to make them work in tiled mode, thus I switch to floating mode if I run such kind of app), also fixed the xterm issue reported by Sander 2006-08-02 16:32:05 +02:00
